FCC! They have no power to regulate Net neutrality….

In what could signify the kicking open of the door, disease which could lead to the end of an open internet. A three-judge panel in Washington, store D.C. tossed out the FCC’s cease and desist order against Comcast.  Which required Comcast to carry, or allow, services such as Skype to run unrestricted across their network. Even though these systems directly completed with Comcast own phone service. The ruling  is bad news for Skype, as well as a host  of other Web services that have leveraged the neutrality of the net that has allowed them  to run over various carriers’ networks unimpeded and  grow at a fantastic rate. This ruling will force companies like Skype to partner with the carriers to gain access to their networks.
